Lots of progress has been happening at our community with our brand new manufactured homes and more homes are coming available. We have wrapped up the landscaping on the homes that are waiting for their new owners to arrive. We have also had more homes arrive that are ready for the work to begin. As the weather has been getting nicer, we’ve had many inquiries and lots of interest in our homes that are coming available. We are expecting four more homes to be delivered around May and we will be fully occupied at our community after that. It is so great to see the smiles on the new homeowner’s faces as they are getting eager to move into their new homes. The brand new manufactured homes we have offer spacious floor plans, lots of natural lighting and a very peaceful environment and community to live at.
