This month we have had our new manufactured homes arrive. These homes overlook our pond giving it a great view. They offer a deck for you to relax on, as you take in the beautiful views of the water and the pine trees that surround it.
The new manufactured homes are all double wide that get delivered separately usually within 24-48 hours. These waterfront homes can be tricky to be placed on the lots and it’s quite interesting to watch the process.
Once the homes have been delivered and married, all the contractor work begins with steps, skirting, shed, carport, painting and landscaping. This process usually takes 2-3 months. Since our new expansion began, we have 7 new homes arrive. Another 8 homes are to be delivered around the spring of 2022.
