It’s summertime in Bend and we have more homes arriving! We recently received three more homes to our community and are welcoming new residents all the time! Summer time in Bend, Oregon is a home owners paradise. The snow has melted and the Cascade Lakes urge us all to their shores. Within 45 minutes of The Pines you can visit countless lakes including pictured below Elk Lake and the crystal green waters of Devils Lake. All of the cascade lakes offer breathtaking views of The Three Sisters, Mt. Bachelor, Broken Top and Three Fingered Jack.

After a long day of swimming, kayaking or sailing a visit to one of our many breweries on the way home is often necessary. We are the hometown of many national favorite brews including 10 Barrell, Deschutes Brewery and Boneyard but the great beer is not limited to the big guys because Worthy Brewing, Goodlife and countless others are home to Bend. You will need to live here a long time in order to try them all!

The Pines is an all age community within a park-like setting back in Bend’s green and grassy pine tree country. Our amenities include a pond, clubhouse, playground and basketball court.
