The expansion construction is wrapping up! Many of our streets received new asphalt and sidewalks. We also put in a new pad in our mailbox area and things are really looking fresh and clean at The Pines! The brand new basketball court and playground are in and the new landscaping in our common areas is beginning.
The first two homes are for sale and we cannot wait to see who our new neighbors will be! These beautiful brand new homes will look beautiful in our community! One of the many reasons we love living in Bend Oregon is the weather and summertime is when the people and plants come to life! With the numerous parks and hiking trails in close proximity to The Pines, our residents are out and about enjoying all that Central Oregon has to offer. Our Pond received a facelift this year and it is a peaceful retreat with a fountain that relaxes us all year round.
