Welcome to 2022! Lots of progress has been happening with our brand new manufactured homes. The skirting of the home on space 36 has been complete. The deck on this home is almost complete as well. This home has a great waterfront view of our pond. Concrete has been poured on space 23. Many others are getting work done on the interior. It can be quite a lot of work to get these homes done and ready for move in.
We want to thank all the buyers that have been waiting for their home to be completed. You have all been very understanding and so patient. Thank you!
We have more brand new manufactured homes that we are expected to be delivered around spring and we have already had lots of inquiries on them. Currently, we have home on space 28 that is available now (below). The home on space 23, we are expecting it to be ready by March. The home on space 34 will have approximate availability around April. Another four homes will be available in the spring. The spring homes are all going to be facing our beautiful pond with a deck (waterfront homes).
