Lots of progress has been made on our brand new manufactured homes. After the homes get delivered, there is a lot of steps that have to be taken to completely finish the home and get it ready for move in. First, the home will have to have the wheels removed and be put on blocks. This is important to do as quickly as possible so the home doesn’t sit on wheels for too long causing interior and exterior issues and the way the home sits. Marrying the home will occur as it gets put on blocks. This is a big job and can be time consuming since the marrying process has to be perfect and the home leveled correctly. You would be amazed at the finished project. You can barely tell it is a manufactured home. Skirting will be next to cover all the blocks that the home sits on. Painting the exterior touches will occur. Interior work can then start happening. Concrete can get poured. Steps will get added and lastly carport and shed can get built on and attached. Many people don’t realize the amount of work it takes to get to the finished project. It is definitely worth waiting for!
